TROPICLANDIA’S RULES
When staying in the water park area, all customers must follow these rules. By following the rules, we ensure a fun water park day for everyone!
Children are under the guardian’s responsibility in the water park:
- We recommend that one adult supervises a maximum of 3 children under 10 years old. However, each non-swimming child must have their own supervisor.
- Non-swimmers and children under 10 must be under the constant supervision of an adult guardian. The supervisor must remain in the immediate vicinity of the child at all times.
- Lifeguards perform pool rescues. However, non-swimming children may not be left under the supervision of lifeguards without their guardian.
- When a non-swimming child enters pools that are 1 meter deep or more, the use of flotation devices is mandatory. Flotation devices can be purchased from the Tropiclandia shop if needed.
Follow hygiene instructions in the pool and sauna areas:
- Shower before entering the pool area and sauna.
- Wearing anything other than swimwear in the pools is prohibited (swim shorts are allowed).
- In the sauna, swimwear is not worn.
Alcohol and tobacco products:
